Queues at Doha Airport Check in ??

Can anyone advise if it is really necessary to check in as early as advised (up to 4hours before flight) this week?
Is the airport really as busy as they are expecting and does it take that long to get through check in and passport control?

generally it is as bad as authorities have stated. Due to the fact there are many families who do not have egate passes and flying economy.

If you fall into one of these categories, get there earlier to avoid possible stress.

your response was rude.. if don't like what was the advised timing then try to go there anytime as you like just be confident you'll catch your flight.

Thanks for responding but why do you repeat what is published as a warning? I wanted to know from someones ACTUAL experience if it is worse than usual!

Yes, Indeed. There will be a huge rush due to schools holidays and most of the families are flying to their native place during this time.

So to avoid rush and last moment hurry up, better to check in early.
