according to labour law,EID holidays of 3 days is it applicable to even hospitals..if we are given only 2 days holidays and asked to work on 3rd day, then can the 3rd day be considered as overtime
all shd abide by the Ministry rules. Generally they give 10 days for Minstry employes, and 3 days for private sector. so they need to give it. there is no second thought. If they ask you to work - then it has to be calculated and paid---------- better take the holidays, as some of the companies - dont pay ... and for one day extra pay - u need to run from corner to another corner..
