How much will it cost to get on-arrival visa in Doha airport (holding British passport). How long this visa will be valid for and what type of visa will it be.

Cost of the visa for UK nationals for single entry is QR 100 per person per passport for 1 month.

But be aware of the following. If you used to hold a Qatari residence permit, please contact your airline or the nearest Qatari Embassy to check the requirements, as it may not be possible for you to purchase visit visas on arrival at Doha.

“Britons returning to Qatar will require a no-objection certificate from their previous sponsor to re-enter the country on a tourist visa if they are entering within two years of their residence permit getting cancelled.” (MOI website)

on arrival visa is for 14 days but it can be extended up to 28days, i think it charges are 110 Qrs.
