Anyone used Al Maha Service at Doha Airport??

Their office is located in the arrival terminal.

We used them twice. First time to escort my Mom, they were great. Second time to escort my husband's Mom, they never bothered to show up and she made it through by herself. We phoned them 2 days later and told them we were still waiting for our Mom. After putting them in a flat spin they called us back an hour later to apologise, they "don't know what happened"!!! We asked for our money back and they refused. So we'll never use them again.

If your visitors have all the relevant paperwork, there really is no need as the arrivals area is very small and the staff are quite helpful. If your visitor is disabled or unwell, then I advise using them, but make sure you follow up your on line booking with a phone call to remind them to show up on time!

Sorry. one more question.Is the service only for qatar airways flight or other flights as well.

The service has really gone downhill recently. My mother arrived at the weekend and there was no one from Al Maha waiting for her, they just expected her to find their office. Then they asked for her credit card to pay the visa even though I'd already paid.

Shocking service. And we weren't the only ones waiting for them.

Doesn't help that 23 planes land in the space of half an hour on Friday night. Clever scheduling by QA.

I had used those when my wife and kids came for the first time. Just go at the arrival terminal Qatar Airways counter and request for the type of service along with the copy of the ticket and cash atleast 48hrs before i suppose. Sit back and relax when they arrive as they will be taken for all the procedures by them in a fast way and will lead upto you also, its worth paying.
