I have some questions regarding this position also the necessary documentation that you send me.
1. This position as I understand is to work at the headquarters of the company
2. Regarding the transport, the company it will provide a company car or it will pay monthly an amount for employee and how match is this value? Because in my opinion for a person to come every day to the work place is very difficult for expats. That means or I have to rent a car and pay the fuel also I want to know if the company it will cover this expanses?
3. The city as I understand is Dhahran, Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and the company it will help me to rent a house in that area? As I understand is going to pay an amount for 25% of the salary for each months and I want to know if is going to be from the brut or net value.
4. The company it will pay a relocation package for the first month?
5. Regarding the life assurance and medical private assurance the company it also included in the package?
6. The documentation has to be translated in English or I can send it in Romanian?
7. Also for the period of the vacancy it will be paid two times for year the plane ticket?
8. Regarding the Diploma of the University I have to go in N-E of Romania and get it because I am living in Bucharest about 5 years.
9. The passport I can make this days.
10. In how long I have to send you these documents?
I appreciated if you can answer for all this questions, also what I told for your colleagues the value that we have been discussed is the receive each month in net value that means considering the others expenses have to be calculated beside this amount: transportation that is composed by (car and cost of the car), the percent of the rent house and if you can tell me how is the value to rent a place to stay there in Euro.
With is the time that I have to mobilize myself, and when I will get a final answer?

M-am inscris in acest grup poate imi puteti tranmsite mai multe detalii. Eu lucrez in resurse umane in special recrutare, si doresc sa va intreb unele lucruri.
O companie din Dhahran, Khobar, Saudi Arabia m-au contactat daca nu doresc sa lucrez pentru ei in recrutare.Compania se numeste Sadara Chemical Company, si azi dimineata am avut un interviu cu ei( azi insemnand 14.07.2013). Ce as dori sa stiu este daca cineva dintre voi locuieste in orasul acesta ori imi poate da informatii unde ma pot uita dupa garsoniere sa vad ce preturi sunt evident si ce salarii se ofera acolo.Ce imi ofera compania este 2200 euro/luna+25% din salariu valoare pentru chirie si transport ( insa aici le-am cerut mai multe detalii pe email daca este masina si cu combustibilul platit sau abonament). Daca este a doua varianta nici gand sa ma duc la munca cu autobuzul plin de indieni.Insa eu le-am cerut ca aceasta valoare sa fie neta luna, adica toate costurile sa le suporte ei.Eu le-am cerut 4000 - 5000 euro minim net daca nu suporta ei cheltueile si le voi plati eu. Bineinteles voi lua o decizie dupa ce primesc toate actele de mobilizare, insemnad contract de munca, sa vad ce cotine, obtinere viza ambasada, asigurare medicala, 2 calatorii pe an platite acasa, etc.
Nu cred ca cer pea mult tinand cont ca am 12 ani in domeniul HR insa la fel nu ma pot exprima. Un prieten din Abhu Dhabi mi-a zis ca minim un European cu 10 ani experienta merge pentru 5000 -6000 euro.
La ce anume ar trebui sa fiu atent daca ajung acolo, si alte informatii pe care le puteti furniza.Poate imi dati voi mai multe detalii
