Numai la Romani se poate asa ceva.... si o spun cu parere de rau.
Am sunat la ambasada si am aflat ca Dl. Consul e in vacanta (e dreptul fiecaruia), DAR, pe durata vacantei dumnealui, toate activitatile sunt SUSPENDATE. Cum este posibil asa ceva!????
In lipsa dumnealui, la mobil, raspunde un domn P. care ii tine locul, dar nu are nici o autoritate.
In cazul meu, am cerut inregistrarea (eliberarea) unui certificat de nastere. NU SE POATE pana nu vine dl. Consul (3 saptamani). Dupa ce dansul vine, si se va elibera certificatul, NU pot face Pasaport pt ca nu functioneaza "masinaria" ce trebuie instalata. Si chiar daca , in cazul ideal(INSHA ALAH), va merge, tot procesul dureaza 3 luni pana la primirea pasaportului. Daca nu functioneaza, nu pot parasi Qatarul cu copilul, pt ca nu se poate elibera acel TITLU de CALATORIE pt nou nascuti (care se face cu "masinaria" :( ).
Toata aceste date le-am aflat de la dl. P (cel ce a raspuns la mobilul Dlui. Consul)
Doresc sa stiu daca si altcine mai este in situatia aceasta si sa FACEM CEVA!!!
