A Very Good Evening to everyone reading this...

As You all know, that QL [C] Cricket Group is been taking a NAP ...and with a view to reawake the sleeping souls ...I'm quite delighted to announce that we would have a Match before the WINTER is out...!!!

Date: 12.02.2010

Day: Friday

Time: 01.30 PM (13.30HRS)

Venue: Same old place -> Khalifa Sports City Parking Lot, Sports City.

Ball: Softball Taped/Hard Tennis Ball (Red).

Cost: Free

Who can play: Anybody who is interested to play Cricket.

Each person can Bat and Bowl!!!

1. There are 15 places to fill for the Game….!

2. There will be only 15 Players Max who will be able to play….on “first come first serve” basis…Your batting position depend upon how soon you sign up. 1st to sign up will get opening slot in the game and so on. (Tip – sign up and then read the rules…lol).

3. The person who signs up last ie 15 will get to open the bowling!

4. There will be no team. Each person plays for himself and try to get the maximum run alone. (no runner). You will be surrounded by 14 players….no easy singles … boy …you have to clear the ropes to get the runs….!!!.

Rules
1. Each person will get a maximum of 18 balls to bat and a minimum of 6 balls. Even if he gets out the batsman can still bat till the end of the over …irrespective of how many times he has been out! He gets 6 chances to hit….if he is not out he can play the next over and if he survives then one more over. That’s it then he retires.

2. Batting starts from 1 to 15 and bowling starts from 15 to 1.

3. Each person will get one over from No 15 to No 1 then back to No15 and the cycle repeats.

4. Yes ...I will be keeping the Scores…Lets see who gets the most runs and who gets the most wickets…and who gets Zero !

Please bring any Cricket equipment that you may have Stumps or Bat

Dont forget to bring groin pads...dont blame me if you get blue balls...:)

SO LETS ROCK IT
