QLVG Brainstorming Meeting - Updates
QLVG Brainstorming meeting was held on 28.06.2010 at Chilis - The Mall.

Ok. This is the Final plan...
Collection and distribution days are same NO CHANGES.
Collection day:
Thursday 01.07.2010 and Friday 02.07.2010
Meeting point : QIB Parking (next to KFC) Airport road
Time: From 6PM - 7PM
Distribution day:
Saturday 03.07.2010
QIB Parking (next to KFC) Airport road
Time: From 08AM - 11AM (Please come at 8AM sharp, we need helping hands)
On Thursday and Friday, after collection is over, we will take all the stuff to PITSTOP house for storage.
As smoke and rest of your suggested. On the Friday evening we will have a final meeting with PITSTOP at her place and we will fill in all the empty Ice boxes with drinks and Ice.
Saturday early morning I will arrange 2 pickups to bring all the Ice Boxes to our distribution point:

Time: From 08AM - 11AM
As I mentioned in our thread: WE WILL BE NEEDING SOME HELPING HANDS on both of the collection days to transport all the items to PITSTOP house.
Also We will be needing few volunteers at 7am on Saturday to transport back all the Ice Boxes to our Meeting point for distribution.
Reason why I want to stick to our distribution point:
1) It has a Shaded parking
2) The parking space is huge
3) Also it is already announced in media and other websites.
4) FFC/ KFC airport road is well known to everyone.
Therefore, we will go ahead as per our schedule.
Refreshments for QLVG Volunteers:
There is something new we have added in our Campaign after discussing with some of senior QLVG members, QLVG will sponsor the refreshments for the Volunteers after the distribution is over.
Meeting point for Refreshments after distribution:
KFC - Airport Road
Time of Meeting: 1 PM
