Latest Email Scam - Becareful
I was almost robbed today thru an email which I received from my uncle who is a businessman in USA and he travels to different places also. Currently he is in UAE.
Here is the email which I received today:

Sorry I didn't inform you about my traveling to UK for a program, am presently in London i am stranded here because i lost my wallet on my way to the hotel where my money,and other valuable things were kept.I will like you to assist me with a soft loan urgently with the sum of USD$2200 to sort-out my hotel bills and get myself back home. I will appreciate whatever you can afford, I'll pay you back as soon as i return, Please send the money to me through Western Union money transfer by the details below.

Since the email which I receive today was from his (hotmail) account, therefore, for a while I trusted the contents and I really got worried about him, I called him on his UAE mobile number and was surprised to know that he was in his home in UAE not in London.
He told me that last night someone hacked into his hotmail account and changed his email password, later he (the hacker) send this email to all the 300 contacts in his address book.
Today my Uncle received more the 30 calls from his Sons in USA, friends and relatives...
Now my uncle is more worried about some of the confidential business details he kept in his hotmail account which he was operating for last 10years without any problem.
Therefore, I kindly request all the Qlers to be very careful and do not keep any confidential data in your email INBOX such as credit card numbers/ passwords etc...
Please inform others ASAP.
