Yes I have decided to Quit and it's time to say Good bye to my dear ML !!! ;-) now don't ask me what is my Dear ML ;-)

Ok Ok ..... I will tell you guys ... It's my 'Marlbolo Lights' .... I have finally decided to quit Smoking :-)

It was a hard decision but I had to take this for the sake of my family, my children and my life which Allah has given to me as a wonderful Gift.

Also I have decided that the money I used to buy cigarettes or smoke Sheeaha !!! Now I can use that money for some useful purpose specially helping needy people ...

It's easy to quit !! NO Medicine... No Exercise !! One just need to have a strong WILL POWER to quit !!!
