Beach Clean up Campaign - Urgent Attention!

Dear Volunteers,

I'm sure you have been following our thread on the beach clean up campaign which is scheduled for Friday, the 15th of April 2011.

Now on that note I'd like to bring to your attention that Pizza & soft drinks will be arranged for all those that confirm their attendance and of course pay in advance. To do this, We will be available at Doha Rocks Cafe (airport road) tomorrow between 8.00pm & 9.00pm.

Please drop in if you'd like us to place the order of pizza for you.

Volunteers are also requested to mention if they have 4x4's on this thread. Those that do not have transport are requested to come to the meeting point (QIB/KFC parking on the Airport Road at 10:00 AM and we will arrange to transport you to the beach and back.

Also please keep this in mind:

What items are needed for the Campaign:
1- Beach Mats
2- Beach Chair/ Table (for serving the food)
3- Beach toys for kidz
4- Beach towel/ costume (if anyone wish to swim)
5- Caps
6- Beach ball/Cricket bat & ball/football etc to play games.

So in short:
Doha Rocks Cafe, Tomorrow(12/04/2011) to collect money for Pizza
Time: 8.00pm to 9.00pm
Cost per head: Qr. 25/- (1 small pizza and soft drink)
