We are from the American School of Doha. We have a plan to help reduce waste at Al Wakra Beach. We want to put up rubbish bins on the beach. We are hoping that this action will help lessen the littering on the beach. Also, to make people more aware of the problem we are going to create posters so everyone is alert of the affects of littering/pollution. We have been in contact with SPEED, head of Qatar Living, who is helping us with the project.
