My intoduction
Hi Everyone.
Thanks Omeima for including me into this wonderful group. I would like to begin with my introduction.I am a Textile engineer from India. I have worked for 6years in the Indian textile and garment industry in Mumbai. I arrived in Qatar 8 months back and was busy settling myself and my family in this new place.I have a 5 year old son and am currently a housewife.
Drawing,painting,sketching ,decorating have been my hobbies right from my childhood.I chose textile as my profession as I was always fascinated by the colours ,designs , style which are inherent qualities of textiles and clothing.I was lucky enough to pursue a profession where my hobby of art and craft where an inseparable part of my profile.I have had quite a long break in my career due to family reasons but I am looking forward to resume the same.
I am keenly interested in learning Fashion sketching and designing by either joining a institute or by joining a fashion designer .Being new to Doha I am unable to get in touch with a fashion designer . Its my humble request to you all to advise me if there are fashion designing institutes available with part time courses or if any fashion designer would alow me to work with her and learn the same.
