Ramadan Tent Experience

Ramadan is but a week away, and in the spirit of the "month of giving", I think we should get together and have a fun experience, as well as contribute some of our hard earned cash for a worthy cause.
The hotels in Doha make for a truly arab experience during this period. Food is to die for, and drinks are yummy.
What I was thinking that we could all get together at one of the hotels tents. Normal charges are about QR100 - Qr200 per head. I was thinking that if we put in an extra QR50 per person, we could then donate this money to Poppy at QAWS to help with some of the expenses that seem to crop up with running a non-funded shelter.
Although QAWS is not officially open, Poppy still accepts strays if there is absolutely no way the animal can be fostered or rehomed immediately. Most times, people are prepared to pay for the animal to be kept at the shelter, but sometimes the animal is dumped and Poppy is to kind hearted to turn it away...
So, what does everyone think? I will do the organising, I would just like to know who would be keen. I would suggest to do it around the 25th, as then Poppy will be back from her trip and can join us. Then those of you who do not know her, will get to meet the most extra-ordinary, amazing woman in Qatar.
This is open to all groups, not just the Pet group. But please note that you will all be expected to contribute if you do attend this evening.
