Help! My baby thunder dog hasnt had a motion for three days now, and hes squatting and yellow gunk is coming out of the hole - what can i give him to make his motions be okay?

Lightning too is having problems in that area not passing motions either - I cant get them to a vet until saturday cos of work commitments
is there a remedy for this? Im so scared Thunders belly might bloat and twist as he gobbles his food so fast? Please help me guys!
