I was wondering what the preference in Qatar is when it comes to car manufacturers. Taking into consideration reselling, repairs, running costs etc... Which is best, American or Japanese? I'm thinking 4x4 only.
I find it odd that you want to know from others what car you'd like to have. If I want to have a Ferrari you can tell me a thousand times that a Landcruiser is preferred by others, it won't change my mind.
Japan no doubt still lead the market when it comes to cars. Toyota's Land Cruiser followed by Nissan's Patrol have made their mark. As such, Japaneses cars are the ones mostly seen on the roads in the Middle East. It is easy to maintain them and the spare parts are easily available. One can also find non-original (commonly called Tejari) parts for the Japanese cars which are equally good. As such, Japanese cars have an upper hand here over American brands.
Qatar's winter months are brimming with unmissable experiences, from the AFC Asian Cup 2023 to the World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024 and a variety of outdoor adventures and cultural delights.
