Obtaining Driving License In Qatar with Valid Dubai Driving License
Can any one help me with most recent procedure for changing UAE license to Qatar one. pls help me if any one knows the correct procedure applicable presently.

Because of current political situation i doubt that Dubai Driving license can easily be converted into Qatar license.
Such information is extremely sensitive to the political climate of the countries. Hence, authorities do not make it known on social media.
The best person to give you the most accurate information would be Captain in the Traffic department. Just walk into any Traffic office near your house and ask them and they will tell you exact information.
