Cheating Taxi Drivers

Please tell me that there is government sector on where we can complain this taxi drivers who are cheating with their tariffs and also making arrangements with fixed fares??? It is really frustrating that whenever you need a taxi and you have enough budget for your fare that you usually paying and this taxi drivers are making this arrangements and if you don't agree they will pull-over and ask you to find another taxi or most of the times they will just refuse and go. Then you end up being late because of them. I dont want to say this but really this needs a serious actions and their operators are covering it up... And for real, as far as I know Abu Hamour is still in doha and even I checked it in Google map it stated that it is still in doha and this drivers and their operators are claiming that it is already outside doha... for almost six years staying here in Qatar, just now they are claiming that it is already outside doha... (FYI... Tariff - 1 is inside doha and day time rate.. Tariff - 0 is outside doha and night time rate that starts in 9pm-6am)
People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being, and not enough energy putting themselves on the line, growing out of the past, and getting on with their lives.
Haven't it occur to you that I am not as lucky as you are to afford a car, nor apply for a drivers license...???
In six years , havn't you thought about getting a driving license for yourself , nobody can solve taxi issues in the world ............ .............. ....... Tue, 25.11.2014, 12.12 hrs
