i have a car proton 2002, which is in bad condition and isthimara has also expired, the repair cost is more than the cost of the car, i had been to all the scraps in industrial area and nobody wants to take it also. as i will be leaving the country for good. so if i leave the car as it is will that be a problem while cancellation of my visa.

can some one tell me the procedure to cancel the isthimara

Go to traffic police station and tell them that you want to dispose of your car. Estimara renewal not required when disposing. You will pay any violation you if there is.

they will stop you at the immigration in the airport !
