Don't worry. Rizks is very experienced with Lungis. So he was explaining to ladies that they should be careful when wearing skirts in strong wind, because it can blow the skirt up, sometimes over their heads and reveal their frilly knickers.

MoltenMental, our honorable ladies are free to wear skirts whenever they want...but as its high winds blowing out its better for them to wear something which they can be comfortable in this climate ! Tats the only message i would like to give...dunno wats shameful in this ?
