Insurance claim. Help!

Hi friends,

I have some doubt regarding the insurance claim of my car. Two days ago somebody hit the back side of my car at the parking and ran away. If I go to the insurance company with police report for repairing the vehicle, is they will ask any payment from me (any processing fee) or they will do it free of charge. The car is a brand new Toyota 2011 January model with full insurance. Please help me by giving proper information.

if your car is fully insured, a Charge called "Deductable" shall apply, usually if your car is brand new with no previous insurance history they will deduct QR500when you go and fix your vehicle, there will be no extra charges, the insurance will pay everything.
