what is the real essence of being a woman?

I was 12 years old when Sushmita won the title for Ms. Universe and I can't forget how she answered the question regarding the essence of being a woman...
Being a woman we are gifted to bear another human being inside our womb and I am happy that I am capable to give birth and that is with the grace of God. I may not be the most beautiful or intellegent woman in the world but this gift makes me fulfilled.
But is motherhood alone makes a woman complete? How about those women who are not capable of giving birth?
For me being a mother is not upon the capability to nurture a baby inside your womb, it is being a mom to other children who needs it most, the care and the love that you can share to others.
