Babies & Kids Tabletop Sale to benefit QAWS

Want to get rid of your child's old clothes, toys, furniture etc - or are you in the market for some fabulous deals?

Mums in Doha, Doha Expat Mums and Kids (DEMK) and Expatwoman Qatar will be holding a "Babies & Kids Tabletop Sale" to help QAWS, whose shelter was destroyed by a fire last week. The event will be held on October 3rd from 1pm-4pm inside the Qipco Clubhouse (in the West Bay). All of the money raised will be used to purchase construction and animal supplies to help get QAWS up and running again.

Space for the sellers is limited and must be paid in advance. The tables are two meters long and may be shared with one other person if desired - the cost is 100QR per table and it includes the entrance fee for two people. You need not be a DEMK member to purchase a table.

Shoppers will pay 10QR each at the door. For planning purposes, please RSVP if you think you might be able to attend - no worries if you won't be able to make it, but it will help us immensely if we have an rough idea of the number of attendees.

Due to limited space inside the event, please plan to park your pram at the door (tiny babies excepted, of course).

Again, all proceeds (minus expenses) from the table fees and shopper entrance fees will go directly to purchase supplies for QAWS. We're looking forward to an enormously successful event to help get the shelter up and running as soon as possible!
For any reservations, payment of fees etc. we will be having a coffee morning after Eid, where we can sort payments out and talk about this event more in detail.

We hope we can count on your support and look forward to seing you all very soon!

Hugs, Alumnar
