Dear frds
In last april I took a room in wakra for rent without any document,I spend naerly 4000 Qr for extending the house and inetrior .But know i shift from there to other area for the convince of my wife,unfortunatily I am not able to inform them one month before,but I find one persone for rent that house ,but the owner didn't like to give him on the same rent because it was one room early ,I extent it to 2 room,now he is asking one more month rent and he is not receving the key with out rent and don't allowing to remove the extension what I make ,What i can do if he make problem
What your opinon about the rent should i pay?

You made a major mistake not getting a signed contract, without it, you got nothing to say - Also, extending with another room without informing owner is also not allowed. pay up and be happy as you cannot get anywhere with this.
Sorry about your situation. in the first place, its wrong to partition the house without the consent of the owner. Though you dont own any document for your tenure, these greedy owners are really crazy & clever enough to defend themselves under any circumstances. if i were you, just i would pay the one month rent and wouldn't even advice my friend to stay over there.
It would you put an end to the problem and won't extend the headache neither to you nor your friend.
