When settling in a new apartment, what are the chances of me getting an internet connection that comes with wifi? is this easy to avail or do apartments come with this? thanks!

WIFI is pretty useless in most flats and villas, as the walls are concrete and the signal does not carry very well beyond the room of the router. Using a repeater may help but I use an Ethernet cable and another router for the upstairs in my villa. Good Luck!

Wifi would be available at luxury flats. For the middle class ones, it's unlikely, as it's an additional cost to the owner. The Qtel package comes with a Wifi modem, so if Wifi's that important to you, you may choose that option.
It depends what the Apartments are offering. Most newly built offer this service, I believe.
