As long as there is room for improvement or expansion, some roads will have to be altered, removed and replaced.

The better question at the moment would be, "Why aren't the roads finished?"

its just a construction bussnies and more likely a money laundry going on or just some SHKS having a profit in all this mess around us ,never saw Doha so dirty and dusty,im a prisoner in my house,how many times for the past years we witness a re construction of main city arterias and all this silly signs sorry for the inconvinience,im sorry for you qatarians
