I couldnt get a satisfactory answer from the Qtel people with regards to disconnecting my DSL broad band connection before cancellation of my Visa...

Can anyone experienecd please thro' some light on this ?
Is it a must that i disconnect same prior to going to Immigration office?
Please advice

Go to one of the Qtel business centers and pay all outstanding amount. There is a form available for service cancellation. Just fill it and submit. They will disconnect your telephone and internet in a mouse click!
