When we lived out in Bahrain 10 years ago, we lived in a compound in Sar (which I think might have been demolished now). We had a spacious 3 bedroom villa on a compound with a private garden, but we also looked out on a big common-land green garden (we used it as a soccer field). Are there any compounds in Doha like this in the 15,000 to 18,000 range that anybody can recommend? I need a bit of greenery around me to be happy, especially if the rest of the place is a massive building site.

I think such a compound would cost minimum QR 20000/.
