Hi Friends,

do you know anyone about baggage allowed in transit two different airways.

For example i am booking through Qatar airways from DOHA - HYD - VISAKHAPATNAM,so usually Qatar airways allow 40kg up to Hyderabad,then Air India (hyd-vizag) will allow the same or any additional charges.

Kindly share the above information if any one knows,thanks in advance

Dear, If your booked and paid in full to Qatar Airways up to visakhapatnam trip then you do have to pay any thing to Air India,because they are coached airline partners.And if you have booked 2 different Airline on your own than you will have to pay the excess baggage differences to Air India.
