a friend got involve in a minor car accident last wednesday, he accepted his mistake he even gave his business card to the other driver. they telephone and informed the madinat khalifa traffic police dept. since the place of accident is under their jurisdiction. the other driver did not showed up for investigation up to now and my friend is worried because the traffic police did not issue any report instead they again advice him to come back tomorrow for the 3rd time. is it a normal procedure here by the traffic police?

i was having the same case.

dont worry as long as you have noted the other car number

its a matter of time. the police will find him out .

and if it take more than one week, then they will issue a certificate to your friend to repair the car.
