You can definitely trade your car in for a new one. especially if you're the first owner, but you'll have to take it down to their service center so that they assess how much it's worth and they'll deduct that amount from the new car's price. The dealers will usually give you a price 5-10,000 QAR lower then it's actual market value. But hey to answer your question yes you can trade it in.
