Hello all
i saw an ad on qatar living a while ago it was about an apartment available for a month .
i gone and meet the guy and i liked the apartment .
i just put a deposite to reserve a house for renting
but there is no papers between me and the guy since iam renting internally
the rest will be payed once i get the keys and actually move in.
is this dangerous thing ?
how can i reserve my rights with him ?
should i for example get a copy of his ID and the apartment contract ?

ideas ?

Try to get Passport Copy or ID Copy.

you should ask for a receipt or agreement letter.
