my family rightnoow with me on family visit visa,they going to finish 6 months,and i extended for 1 more month,that time i asked Gharafa immigration employee at counter,he told to me,only thing you need to exit country,meanwhile your family should apply for new visa,once its approved you can entry.no need to wait 3 months,otherwise check in immigration office.

Really, its a great news for me.Can you tell me from when MOI ruled on.Did you applied the same to get family visa or any one of your friend get that.Now I am in family visit visa.If its possible that will be appreciate.

As per my knowledge, if your Visa is Business Visit Visa sponsored by a Company, it possible to come back in a Month. But if it's Family Visit Visa, then u can apply & come after 03 months only.
