still there a big demand... i dont think it will come down at least in 2/3 year...
so far mine one is coming up on 25% from september 2008...

Well i used to work in real estate over here and to my understanding the rent prices will be going down very soon. This is because alot of people will be moving into all the new Barwa properties leaving all the old ones behind, and sure enough the landlords will have to reduce the rent in order to have them all occupied.

jokes aprt... well thats some ppl are saying, not too sure if its a fact or just rumour..
anyways, if not too urgent, just wait for a while and lets see how it turns out..

the prediction says by the year 2020 the house rents will come down.. lol kidding its dream that i doubt will come true
