Dear All, is this true that rents are going down for house.as i m looking for a house. so i should wait for some time?

Well i used to work in real estate over here and to my understanding the rent prices will be going down very soon. This is because alot of people will be moving into all the new Barwa properties leaving all the old ones behind, and sure enough the landlords will have to reduce the rent in order to have them all occupied.

anyways, if not too urgent, just wait for a while and lets see how it turns out..
