relocating from saudi to qatar

presently i am working in saudi arabia i like to relocate to qatar for employment so please any body can Clarify my question is i have valid Saudi employment visa without cancellation i can go to qatar employment please explain.
Saudi employment visa is for working in Saudi. If you find a job in Qatar, your sponsor shall get you a Qatar work visa. For that you shall have to cancel the Saudi work visa. After that, I believe there is a period for which you cannot work in Saudi. The two visas have nothing in common. Issued by separate countries. It basically depends on whether you find a job in Qatar.
Yes, you must cancel it. However, even without cancelling, you can go to Qatar but it will be a problem, if you have to Re-enter Saudi.
