Red Signal Crossing

Guys dont worry , now I come with the clear information about crossing the red line only (not crossing the road and go other side).

In my case I crossed the red light line and I stop, I got flash and I did not reverse back, after the light turns green I move . I got a message after 6 days with photo on metrash with fine of 300 riyals only. If you pay within a month you have to pay only half that is 150 only. If you cross the red light and stop, either you reverse back or not the fine will be the same(the important thing is you are not blocking a vehicle)

@aslam.amb..same incident happened to me also on last sunday...luckily I stopped my car immediately after the white lane and reversed back .got 300 riyal fine and have to pay 150 if we make the payment within a month..thanks to the almighty..

Happened to me 2days b4. I crossed white light and immediately stopped. I saw flash and reversed back to normal position.

I got fine 300qr. Description of fine as park on unauthorized area(yellow box i think) .

Offer as 150qr if paying early.

Friends yesterday I was driving from old airport signal to wakrah.......and it was red signal when I stopped the vehicle my cars front tyre is on the white line...then camera flashed...i took my car back....its just a mistake and also i was not trying to cross the red signal or overspeeding. Do i get a fine.....im bit tensed anyone have similar experience pls help me out....

after how many days of getting flash u got sms?? Please share with me. as i also crossed red signal but i did't see flash. now total 3 days i didn't get any sms. if there is fine, any possiblity to get discount bcz qar.6000, i m unable to pay. plz share if u have exerience...

I got sms from trrafic via metrash.Fine is 6000QR and 7 points.So can I get discount and chances of right off.

All the three flashes are for your car only. They will check all the three photos to check weather you Reversed or not.. if not reversed and continued driving, the fine is 6000.

All the main signals are fine is 5000-7000 thousand QR.

If you are sure you crossed the red light,the fine is QR6000.

i made the same mistake 3 years back, but I stopped once I realised my mistake. The radar did flash but Thanks God I did not get any penality. If you stopped means not crossing the signal then you may escape the fine.

That time no chance to make reverse, coz traffic coming behind me from E-ring road.

Did you drive away or did you reverse your car back? If you reversed it back you might be lucky to escape with no fine or a minimal amount, but if the former happened you are gonna have to shell out a huge fine
