Qatar’s expatriate community is nervously tracking a confusing national employment policy ahead of a deadline due in less than a year.
The economy is growing at an annual rate of 30 per cent according to the local statistics authority, enticing a workforce from around the world. But alarm bells are sounding for those who are being subjected to a “Qatarisation” policy that seeks to replace expatriate workers with nationals.

but there will be no shortage for expats needs for this country. I would even predict that they would hire more as the economy is growing very fast.
All are in the minds. Competition is the name of the game. That is why, one should be equipped with extra talent to survive.
