The economy is growing at an annual rate of 30 per cent according to the local statistics authority, enticing a workforce from around the world. But alarm bells are sounding for those who are being subjected to a “Qatarisation” policy that seeks to replace expatriate workers with nationals.

THIS PLACE NEED ROBOTS TO DO THEIR JOBS, NOT HUMANS...

ITS SLAVERY CULTURE....See hw a local had beaten the House Maid..And there is no punishment for him..So now onwards others can also do the same to their servents...

ONCE CHINA START PRODUCING ROBOTS FOR THESE PEOPLE... TEY WONT GIVE ANY WORK VISA'S...ONLY LOCALS AND ROBTOS TO DO THE JOB.. THERE WONT BE ANY HUMAN TRAFICKING PROBLEMS ETC...

but there will be no shortage for expats needs for this country. I would even predict that they would hire more as the economy is growing very fast.

All are in the minds. Competition is the name of the game. That is why, one should be equipped with extra talent to survive.

workforce growth versus worker's demand

this would gonna be a chase to fill in blank slots

while slot coins are still being mold in the process...

still a lot expats would gonna benefit the graces of this economic situation before it would fully turnover back to the locals...
