Folks, after trawling the forums I would like an update on how long it takes The Qatari Embassy in London to legalise/ process documents once they have received them. I have gone through the steps at Notary Public and the FCO, I am just worried that my documents will not be returned in time for my departure which is the 24th Aug, I may have to come up with plan B.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

I got Mine back in 5 working days.

It was back in Feb 2012. Probably add 5 more working days due to Ramdhan

Did you try calling them, they will give you some idea on timing,

Hi Zanzibar. I checked with my new employer and they say that it has to be legalised in The UK aswell as Doha, to be honest I thought what you say is correct, but they are the ones who are employing me so I should follow their advice
