Is People Magazine "obscene"

Expat Sueño
By Expat Sueño

OK, so I know I'm opening myself up on asking if it's obscene Laughing  Yes, it's a trashy tabloid written on a sixth-grade level, but I love it anyway!

In any case, is this something that will get snagged by whomever when it enters the country with our company mail packet -- the stuff that we have sent to the company P.O. Box in the U.S.?  Any other magazines that are on the official "no" list (aside from porn - duh)

Thanks,

Hate to buy mags from this country.

Aside from lacking in total number of pages,

most pics with skin are destroyed by ink-maniac.

Alcohol is only banned as far as not being able to bring it into the country.   You can still get it here once you are licensed

Pornography, Alcohol, Pork products.

Feel free to bring anything else.

Kattie:   what canned items, cereal do you want to bring?  We can advise if you can find it here in Qatar (most likely answer is yes)

Dishes/glassware in plentiful supply here  both cheap & expensive kinds.

Don't worry about the cereals, you can find it here. If you have a fully furnished accomodation, it will be supplied for you. But of course you could add later when you're here, you can get it from Home Centers.

Hi I am wondering if you are allowed to bring in books for the ages between 12 and 18 work out  or fitness and also anything with regards to learning.

Thanks

I don't think so they will get snagged as this mag could be found in Carrefour or any major bookstore here.
