Hi. I have a nokia E63 almost brand new, just bought it before coming here but it seems it's locked on the GSM provider from Romania. can I decode it or unlock it so i could use it with Qtel sim card? any ideas anyone? Any help is welcomed. Shop's that do this ... any help is highly appreciated.
