Mozaic TV installation. How long?

Thank you guys. I guess I should be patient for at least two weeks. I went to Q Tel today and they told me 7 -10 business days, but it doesn't sound like it in reality, does it?

Just called them, (i have applied around 17 days back)...and i got the same answer "we dont have any update now, we will check and call you back". now i am waiting for the call.

i dont know if i need to follow up with them for that call? :P

Just two weeks and the installation is approximately 30 minutes.

Took two weeks for me. They got my number wrong so I missed the first appointment which was after a week. My number on the original application form was correct so somewhere along the line they changed the last digit from 9 to 8!

As for installation, takes them about 30 minutes.

called more than 10X over a 6 week period to see when they would come and install it.. "Someone will call you later today, someone will come" was always their reply. I finally found a decent person on the phone (after yelling for a supervisor) who admitted Mozaic wasn't yet available in my area. Of course they couldn't cancel my application or return my money. Took my big hulk of a husband to go down there and get in their faces in order to do that.

Lol LP, but its true installation will take max of half an hour but the BIG question is when they will come?

2 weeks, 1 mos or 2 mos but if you are lucky like in a raffle draw they will contact you in two weeks time upon completion of application.

i have the same question as i am waiting the same for last 2 weeks after applying ...keep waiting :)

They want everyone to buy USB stick ...lol
