in all countries you have everything but no in qatar it is not too much,be ware if you approach me or other non lesbian straight conservative girl i can report you to police (just know if a man approch a woman in an inappropriate cesture here we could report him)but you being a female so you have more accessibility for other woman so unless you are sure that the other woman is a lesbian too do not approach or do anything that could be considered sexual harrasment,i have to be honest may be i am harsh but this is the truth it is not accepted her

It is easy for a westerner to make the wrong conclusions based on superficial observations. Arabs are emotional people and they express that readily. Kissing friends and holding hands is deep rooted in the culture of the Middle East. That doesn't mean that everybody is a lesbian and gay. It is totally the opposite. This is a conservative society. Religion dictates everything and a family is the cornerstone of society. There must be some lesbians and guys but am sure they keep their identity top secret till they die!For if they are discovered basically they finished socially and economically. They have to go. My view is that homosexuality has been condemned both in the Bible and Quraan so it must be wrong. Heterosexuality keeps the human race from extinction. In any case what people do in their private lives is a matter for them but don't forget Allah is watching everybody!

A lot of the times Qatari's use the term 'boyaat' to refer to lesbians-- or girls that look like tomboys. In my sister's schools there are plenty of them who fit into this category. My point is-- which is just reapeating amnesia's-- sexuality has nothing to do with nationality....it's an individual thing.

Guys.

" i learned most arab women practice lesbianism"

MOST? That implies more than 60%... *sighs* that would be impossible.

Perhaps there are a few but to say Most is just stupid. (I'm sorry but sometimes I feel people are not carefull with the words they use).

You have gay people and straight people. Qatari and people from all over the world. Simple as that.

So many street lawyers defending GAY and Lesbian life style "rights".

You are a bad boy when others express negatively of their bluntness Life style".

If you feel offended about it" Oh well let it be".

There is no excuse for an Illegal behavior.

Specially when you are living "ONE OUTLAW LIFE STYLE".

That means you are a fugitive of your taste and decision.

Don't make it obvious to others.

Keep it quiet and reserve your words.

You have No rights in this country.

You are just an abortion of your own decision not mines.

I went to the girls skating rink at City Center and there was dozens of lesbians. It was like a lesbian pick up joint. They were very aggressive to.

Just because Lesbianism is prohibited in Q or other Arab countries it doesnt mean thats it isnt practiced....but who said "most"...I doubt it that most..but i would say yes there is...being a lesbian isnt confined to just certain nationalities..Arabs just wouldnt be open about it due to the fact that its prohibited...and who really cares about an individuals sexual orientation...live and let live....

Oh good, more generalizations.

What are you basing this assumption on? Cause someone told you that the girls are gay?? Is it because you see girls giving other girls affection in public?

Just because girls hold hands while together and give each other hugs doesn't mean they are lesbians!
