When i purchased my second hand car and the istemara is now under my name but the previous owner just gave me the xerox copy of the third party insurance but we did not went there to change car insurance (third party) under my name. is it fine? my istemara ends this 12-June-2013.

Its better to go & transfer insurance to your name. it'll cost only 50 QR. But in case of accident & any problem, it'll save you from big trouble
