hey there,
i wanted to export my second hand super bike to india. Could any one tell me the procedure for doing so and the cost may incurr

I also have a bike. I asked customs official for import in 2007. They said me if it is imported without registration (ie brand new) it will be 120% and if it is used it will be 180%. Since, i got shocked at the value they quoted, i forgot to ask whether the rate is same even for TR. It is not feasible idea, on both counts.

contact any of the shipping companies who are doing the shipping of things to India, they may help u, but enquire the taxed payable at Indian port, which may be high,
