How difficult it is?

Actually I am a nurse in the Philippines. I am a fresh graduate(October 2010 batch). As of now I am seeking a full time employment as a nurse here in Qatar. I am under father sponsorship. I am a curious about the status of work of nurse here in Qatar? Because in our country, especially during my duties in different hospitals I am very intoxicated (that is the term we used when we handled difficult cases). What do the nurses do here? I kinda nervous as a fresh graduate to work here in Qatar. A little frighten because I've been thinking of meeting strict superiors when I got a job here. I hope its a little bit unstressful, especially I am in the state of adjustment. (Well I am aware that I should be the one to adjust because I new gal in town I guess)

Can somebody tell me how is it to be nurse in hospital, clinical setting here in Qatar? Am I really have to be frighten and nervous working here, grrr...:s I hope I'm wrong about it. Do hospitals or clincis here indulge their employees to be trained first before getting into action? Or I really have to know everything and all (because in every ads I read most of the people they need are people under minimum supervision..hmm)

I know to some who will read this, I think you will probably think that I am very exaggerated or whatever. I just want to tell you guys that I am asking these questions because I don't know if I could fit in working here in Qatar a nurse.

I hope you guys will understand my situation. I hope no one will have offensive comment about it. I just need help regarding this to lessen my nervousness.

Life is a continuos learning process. Nobody can know it all. You have to be gracious and request others around you to help and assist you with things that you are not aware about as the experts were in the same situation when they first started out.

Do the best you can and the other things will surely but surely fall into place. Goodluck

just do whatever you do as a nurse. avoid asking how to do this and how to do that especially to your co-workers because it will add to their burden because here in qatar, you have to work as a nurse. what do i mean is the patient in PGH and JOse reyes hospital if you combine together that would be your patient, that is if you are hired by HMC. you apply as nurse then you work as a nurse...
