if you are sending always ... better u open a account with QIIB at any branch... they are charging only QAR40.00 in every transaction for an amount transfer not exceeding QAR100,000.00 to any bank globally... think of the future savings...
Normally western union or those exchange companies will charge you a big rate, I think I send 20$ the other day with WU and I Paid about 26$ with the transfer rate. 6$ is not that much but if is like this for a 100 or 1000 think about paying 60$ per transfer.
I did it once with a friends bank account in commercial bank and they charge me about Qr 30 for a big ammount.

The Venezuelan Sensation!!!
Western Union you have in Lulu Hyper, almost every exchange office near Souq Waqif has Western Union.
For similar I am not sure, you should try in Al Fardan exchange, I sent money in Europe on a bank account and charge was very low.
