Good compounds near ASD
Hi All,
My family and I may be relocating from Dubai to Doha later this summer, and we need a 3-4 BR villa or townhouse on a compound near ASD. Our priorities are compound quality and location, and budget limit is about 16k. We have 3 kids, ages 5, 3, and 1. Ideally the compound needs to have good play areas for kids, a gym, and a pool at least 20-25m in length for lap swimming.
Any recommendations?

We're a well established Real Estate Agent, operating here in Qatar for the past 5 years.
The nearest area for ASD is Al Waab, which is one of the more sort after and expensive areas on this side of Doha. You can, however, find good quality compounds in this area from QR16,000 upwards. Other areas to consider are Al Rayyan, Al Muaither & Abou Hamour, these areas all border Al Waab and are much cheaper, with reasonable quality compound villas starting from around QR11,000 semi furnished.

Pardon my ignorance...but what is ASD?
The area near ASD is called Al Waab. There is waab city compound. (huge and not finished yet) And many other compounds nearby.
Check classidieds of GulfTimes newspaper. Filled with ads. This way you get an idea of what is available. Good luck
ASD??????????a lot of villas are waiting to be occupied here..depeneding on your location of work you can either found in west bay,al rawdah etc.. a nice villla within 15000 qar meeting all the requirements mentioned by you.
