Mr. Biju, is wrong in this matter, with Qatari valid driving license, u cannot go and drive in UAE or in Oman after minimum certain period of time, you have to formalise your driving license with the local authorities, so you need to approach the traffic department for that, dont misguide people

Sorry bleu but you are misguiding. He is a pakistani national and is allowed to drive only 7days from his date of arrival stamped on his passport. If he was a UAE national then there would not have been a problem.
