Driving license with labour visa??

Hi everybody,

I have work visa and my resident permit is on process. My employer says he can issue my ID card and residence
permit maybe 2 months later. I dont have a driving license from my home country and I need to get one from Qatar very urgently. So do you think I can start to take driving classes with my passport and labour visa to save some time.

I couldnt get any proper information by phone so any help/advice will be appreciated.

yes you can get temporary license if you pass the test and once you have your RP you can replace it with with new license, hope it helps, good luck

I think you should have your ID copy and the NOC from your Sponsor to join the Driving School.
