Hi, can anyone enlighten me on the process of obtaining a driving license in Qatar. I am holding a british license, can i use this to drive in Qatar??? Do i have to immediately apply for a Qatari license and if so do i have to take a driving test??? Or can i just drive on an international driving license?

Try this link... I think if you have british license you may have to get a temp license.

Hey there..If i was'nt mistaken,British Nationals can just go to the Traffic Dept in Mhadinat Khalifa sign a form take an eye test and thats it! You'll have your license in no time...Your country is included on those who have an international standard on issuing a drivers license. I hope this will help...
